Positive Role-models Inspiring, Mentoring, and Empowering

Our mission is to provide positive role models who can inspire, mentor, and empower youth to succeed academically and socially. We accomplish our mission by providing mentoring and programming for youth grades 8-12 in the greater Kansas City area.

Our vision is to help inspire our next generation of leaders to excel in all aspects of their lives.

We offer programming that provides:

  • Before/During/After school mentoring and programming that focuses on topics that can help the students in their academic and social lives.
  • Mentors who can inspire, encourage, and empower the youth.
  • Summer workshop with various activities to help them learn and grow.
  • Opportunities for community service to help build servant leaders.
  • Opportunities for career exploration.

School programming structure:

  • Regularly scheduled 1-2 hours education sessions.
  • A PRIME Leader(s) will come and lead the youth with programming activities.
  • All PRIME leaders pass a background check and are college educated or higher.
  • Healthy snacks will be provided.
  • Sessions can be provided in the safety of the school/organization environment.
  • Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the school/organization.
  • Dependable leaders who are passionate about inspiring the future leaders of tomorrow.
