The PRIME Organization was founded in 2017 by Kelvin and Dr. Victoria Haynes.
President and Founder Kelvin Haynes has education in Business as well as African American Studies, experience working with not for profit youth organizations, and a passion to inspire and motivate youth.
Vice President and Founder Dr. Victoria Haynes has education in healthcare as well as Multicultural Education. She has managed healthcare clinics for youth in urban areas, provided mentoring, and has experience working with not for profit youth organizations. She also has a passion for working with youth and has expertise is working with different populations.
